Licensee and Applicant Portal Issues
Portal Tips and Tricks:
Are you using a computer?
Our online system is not mobile device friendly. Use a computer or a laptop to access your portal.
Are you using a compatible web browser?
Our online system is the most compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If you are using another web browser, try switching to one of the above options.
Are you using the correct portal?
If you are already licensed with the Oregon BLSW, use the Licensee Portal.
If you are wanting to become licensed with the Oregon BLSW, use the Applicant Portal.
Are you using the correct email address?
Always double check that you are using the correct email address to log in.
If your email address is incorrect, please contact our offices using our contact information at the bottom of this page.
Why aren't my password or my security questions working?
Make sure to enter your password and security question answers exactly as you created them. Our online system is case sensitive and remembers every symbol and space you use for your password.
When you enter it incorrectly more than 3 times, you will be locked out of your account.
My account is locked, what do I do?
Please use the instructions for resetting your security questions and password under the FAQ section of this page. This will allow you to unlock your account on your own.
Why isn't the temporary password in my email?
Sometimes the automated emails our system sends do not make it past your email spam/junk filters.
- First check your spam/junk folders.
- Try adding the Oregon BLSW automated emails to your contacts: blsw@thentiacloud.net
