Approvals from February 20, 2026. Please allow two to four weeks for processing.
If your name is listed on the approval list above, then you are approved by the board to begin practicing, counting hours and using the title you are approved for as of February 20, 2026.
Your license and certificate numbers will be verifiable using the Oregon BLSW Primary License Verification Search tool once an individual receives their final approval letter from Oregon BLSW staff. Any interested parties may use the link above to verify a license or certificate number.
Your non-official, decorative wall certificate will be sent to the mailing address that is on file. To help board staff send your certificate to the correct place, please update your mailing address in the personal information tab of your licensee portal once you receive your final approval email from the board.
