Specialty Court 2019-2021 Application

The CJC has received a few questions about the 19-21 Specialty Court Solicitation requirement fro application submission by the LPSCC. Below is additional information about how that submission can work.

  • A county partner must be the applicant/fiscal agent for the grant. This can be any county partner, for example the Sheriff's Office, Health Services, Juvenile Department, District Attorney's Office, Community Corrections or the County.
  • The LPSCC must review and approve the grant.
  • The LPSCC is not required to physically submit the grant.

If you have any questions about this requirement please don't hesitate to reach out to our Specialty Court Grant Coordinator.
