Organized Retail Theft Grant Program


Pursuant to Senate Bill 900 (2023), the purpose of the Organized Retail Theft (ORT) Grant Program is to financially assist local law enforcement agencies, the Oregon State Police and community-based organizations with costs associated with addressing and prosecuting organized retail theft, as defined in ORS 164.098.

Grant awards are determined and monitored by the Criminal Justice Commission.  Meeting minutes and recordings are available by date on the CJC Calendar.
