Surplus Property offers several tools to assist agency customers in searching for property to be used in their respective organizations. These tools include searching for property available at the Salem warehouse through "Reuse", searching the Federal Government's website "GSAXcess", submitting a "Want List" request to Surplus staff, or requesting to be added to the Surplus listserv, "Donee Notifications". The following tutorial describes the steps to take to locate property for an agency or nonprofit.

Submit a "Want List" request
Request to be added to the "Donee Notifications" listserv
- Agencies shall pick up invoiced State Property within 14 days of date of invoicing. If not picked up within that timeframe the property and any monies paid will be forfeited.
- Agencies shall pick up invoiced Federal Property within 30 days of date of invoicing. If not picked up within that timeframe invoice will be reversed and property returned to stock and resold.
