New Licensing System

About the New System

The Board of Dentistry has implemented a new online licensing system.  This features enhanced functionality for licensees and applicants who now have greater access to receive and provide information to the Board.

System Requirements

Google Chrome is the preferred browser. The system is not as compatible with other browsers. 

New Users

Go to the Licensee Portal below and register an account if you have not done so already.  You will receive by email a temporary password to login to the system.  Check your junk inbox if you do not receive the email.  Next, click the link to the portal provided in the email, then click "Sign In." The first time you sign in you will use the temporary password. In the "Old Password" field, type in the temporary password provided by email. Create your new password and click "Reset Password."  Review your information and make any necessary changes. 

Portal Functions

  • Renew your license (you will be notified via email and once via regular USPS mail when it is time to renew)
  • Update your contact information 
  • View and download your license in "Other Documents"
  • Pay fees and view receipts
Please try to resolve your issue following this guidance before contacting the Board office. 
Troubleshooting Steps

  • Are you using a compatible browser?  (Google Chrome)
  • Are you using the correct email address that is on record with the Board? You need to use this to activate, but can change it once you are activated within the system if you wish.  If you do not use the correct address, you will not receive a temporary password. This is for security reasons.
  • Did you check your junk inbox for the activation email?
  • Has your name changed? Are you using a hyphenated last name?
