​​TANF provides cash assistance to l​​ow-income families with children. These benefits help meet a family's basic needs like food, clothing, rent and utilities while they work toward self-sufficiency.​

Child support services are available to both custodial and noncustodial parents.

Most people who receive TANF benefits are required to participate in the Job Opportunities and Basic Skills (JOBS) program.​

Free or discounted​​ internet

If you are g​etting benefits like SNAP or OHP, you likely qualify for​ free or discounted internet service through a federal program. There are also other ways to qualify. The program is called the Affordable Connectivity Program or ACP.
