If your TANF benefits were stolen
Cancel your card right away.

During business hours, call 855-328-6715 (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Call our replacement card line to cancel your card and order a new one. You will get a replacement card in the mail within five business days.

After hours, call 888-997-4447 (open 24 hours)
If it's after business hours, call our 24-hour customer service line to cancel your card. Then during business hours, call the replacement card line at 855-328-6715
to order a new card.
Within 30 days, contact us to replace your benefits.
Step 1 - Report the theft in person or by phone
Contact your family coach directly or
find an office near you
Step 2 - Send in a signed statement
Send a signed letter to your family coach that tells us how your benefits were stolen. You have 10 days to send the letter to your family coach after you report the theft.
Please note:
- We can replace TANF and Refugee Cash benefits if they are stolen electronically or if an EBT card was issued to a person not on your case.
- We can only replace the amount benefits that were stolen.
- We can only replace stolen benefits one time each month.
