About Frances Online

Frances Online Website



Frances Online is Oregon’s new contributions and benefits system for both Paid Leave Oregon and Unemployment Insurance.



As of Sept. 6, 2022, employers and third party administrators use the Frances Online Employer Portal to file and amend combined payroll reports. For help with your employer or Third Party account go to our Frances Online employer help resources. 

As of Aug. 14, 2023, you can use the Frances Online Claimant Portal to apply for Paid Leave Oregon benefits, upload documents, and respond to questionnaires. For help with your account or applying for Paid Leave Oregon benefits go to Paid Leave Oregon's employee toolkit. 

Starting March 4, 2024, you can use Frances Online to apply for benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Program, manage and update your account, and file your weekly claim.

Frances Online is named in honor of Frances Perkins, U.S. Secretary of Labor from 1933 – 1945 and the first woman to serve in a presidential cabinet.
