Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
LUBA is proposing to amend its administrative rules. The proposed amendments codify LUBA’s 2022 temporary rule amendments, require notice of related matters, and clarify various other procedural requirements. Comments may be submitted via email at LUBA.Support@luba.oregon.gov. Please include “Comments on Proposed Rulemaking” in the subject line. Comments may also be submitted via the United States Postal Service at Land Use Board of Appeals, 775 Summer Street NE, Suite 330, Salem, Oregon 97301-1283. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on June 24, 2022.
Notice of Temporary Rulemaking
Effective February 1, 2022, LUBA is temporarily amending some of its administrative rules. These amendments apply to proceedings commenced both before and after February 1, 2022. These amendments eliminate in-person filing, address filing via commercial delivery service, and reduce the number of copies of briefs that must be filed with LUBA.
