To get started: You'll need to set up your account in the
PEMS Training Hub. That's where you'll find courses, access training materials and track your progress. This page tells you how to set up your account and where to get help if you need it.

Set up your PEMS Training Hub account
Step 1. Watch for a registration email
- You will get a user registration email that includes:
- A link to log in to PEMS LMS
- Your username
- A temporary password
Step 2. Log in
- Use the link in the registration email the first time you log in.
- Enter your username and temporary password.
Important: Use lowercase letters only. Uppercase letters may not work.
Step 3. Verify your email
To keep your account safe, we need to verify your email address.
- After you log in, click "Send one-time code via email."
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code and click "Submit."

- Check your junk or spam folder.
- If it's not there, click "Resend OTP." (You may need to wait for the timer to expire.)

- Log in to the PEMS Training Hub.
- Materials are organized by role so you can follow a clear path.
- Choose the learning option that works best for you. Options may include:

How do I reset my password?
- From the log in screen, click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your registered email address and click "Send OTP."
- Check your email and enter the code that is sent.
- Create a new password.
