We'll present the new system in stages as it is set up, tested and users are trained. Each phase will prioritize groups based on live system functions and impact on users.
Phasing the system launch means that different groups will start using it at select times. This approach aims to boost system adoption. This allows more support for users and lessens impact to services.
During each phase, we will work with affected user groups in the following ways:
- Testing the system (user acceptance testing)
- Holding training sessions
- Providing training materials
- Hosting drop-in help sessions with the project team
- Collecting feedback to help with system testing and training
- Finding ways to improve future phases
