Day Treatment Programs (DT) are child-caring agencies that provide psychiatric day treatment services. "Day treatment" means a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, nonresidential, community-based, psychiatric treatment, family treatment, and therapeutic activities integrated with an accredited education program provided to children with emotional disturbances.
