Effective Sept. 29, 2025, Oregon DMV stopped issuing non-domiciled CDLs and CLPs.
Starting May 12, 2025, DMV will no longer accept paper Medical Examiner’s Certificates (MEC). FMCSA will electronically transmit your MEC information to your Oregon DMV driver record.
