Going East

Going east on Santiam Hwy (OR-22), take Exit 12 for Golf Club Rd.
At the stop sign, take a Left (north) on Golf Club Rd.
After going over the Highway, take a Right on Sublimity Rd SE.
The DMV will be on the right-hand side of Sublimity Rd SE.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.

Going West

Going west on Santiam Hwy (OR-22), take Exit 12 for Golf Club Rd.
At stop sign travel straight across Golf Club Road onto Sublimity Rd SE.
The DMV will be on the right-hand side of Sublimity Rd SE.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.
