About

The pavement on U.S. 101 inside the City of Garibaldi was degraded and needed to be repaved to extend its life.

Enlarged project map

The slope of the road at crosswalks was too high to meet current ADA standards and needed to be fixed before the road could be paved.

We:

  • Repaved the road and applied new striping.
  • Constructed new ADA curb ramps at the rail crossings on 3rd Street and 7th Street.
  • Created bus stop pull-out locations.
  • Built new sidewalks between 1st Street and 11th Street.
  • Enhanced street signs to make it easier to know where you're going through downtown.
  • Improved water drainage.
