U.S. 101 Culvert Replacements

Construction Phase

Region 2: Willamette Valley and Northwest Oregon (Various Cities, Lincoln, Tillamook)

​​​​​​We're repairing and replacing culverts along U.S. 101 between Tillamook and Newport.​

Construction Impacts

When construction starts, you can expect:

  • Shoulder and lane closures with flaggers directing traffic.
  • Construction noise and delays.

We plan to start construction in early 2026.

Culverts help minimize flooding by allowing water to flow under the highway.​ ​​There are many culverts along U.S. 101 between mileposts 75.3 to 129.1 that need to be repaired or replaced. ​

We're planning to repair or replace some of the culverts along the project area. ​
