​​​​​​​Repaving and repairing cracking and rutting on the ramps and removing and replacing asphalt to improve the conditions for travelers.

Construction Impacts

Work was recently completed at Exit 58 ramp and traffic is now open. 

Throughout the project, you can expect lane closures, delays at the on and off ramps and flagging as needed.

​Construction began in October 2025. Anticipated completion is Fall 2026.

​Complete asphalt and pavement repairs as well as bridge joint replacements and roadside upgrades (guardrail and clear zone establishment).

Project Area Map​. ​I-5 in Grants Pass - MP 58.18 - 66.70. Grants Pass south exit to Hugo Rd. (MP 66). Approximately 10 miles of road, 4 lanes, and 4 ramps.

Approximately $25 M.
