Construction Activities
During construction for guardrail installation and work on West Fork Dry Creek Bridge and Eagle Creek Bridge, traffic will be controlled by:
- Daily, single-lane closures controlled by automated flagging devices.
At North Pine Creek Bridge, traffic will be controlled by:
- A temporary traffic signal operating 24/7.
All travelers can expect delays up to 20 minutes.
Schedule
For the week of April 13:
Work resumes to install remaining sections of guardrail and upgrade three bridges.
Guardrail replacment:
Crews plan to begin about 7 miles west of Richland, and work between mileposts 34 and 35 through April, then move to milepost 38 and continue working east.
Bridge work:
- North Pine Creek Bridge, 10 miles east of Halfway | mid-April to early June.
West Fork Dry Creek Bridge, 3 miles east of Halfway | late April to early May.
Eagle Creek Bridge, 1 miles west of Richland | early to mid-May.
