Construction Impacts

​Access for pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will be available and identified through or around work zones. More details will be provided when we get closer to construction.

Meetings and Events

We held an online open house on June 4-18, 2021. The information presented in the open house remains available for review at the following link.​
 
We held an in-person open house on Monday, April 4, at the Joseph Community Center.

About

​This project will upgrade approximately 57 curb ramps in Joseph to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. Enlarged project map.

  • OR 82 (Wallowa Lake Highway):
    • Poplar Street, milepost 71.17, to Wallowa Avenue, milepost 71.42.
  • OR 351 (Joseph-Wallowa Lake Highway):
    • Joseph Avenue, milepost 0.07, to College Street, milepost 0.77.
  • OR 350 (Little Sheep Creek Highway):
    • Lake Street, milepost 0.06, to East Street, milepost 0.20.
