In partnership with the City of Rockaway Beach, we're designing a path along U.S. 101 between S 1st Avenue and Washington Street.  view enlarged project map

This path will:

  • Provide more access for the community and visitors by creating connections between the city's attractions.
  • Create a safe place for students walking or biking to school.
  • Act as an evacuation route in the event of an emergency.

​Design: $750,000
Planning and design for this project was funded by the Oregon Community Path program. 

There project is not currently funded for construction.


​The funding for this project is combined with the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program project numbers: 22459 and 23591​.


​​Pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will have access through or around the work zone. ​​
