Construction Impacts
When construction starts in 2026, you can expect:
- Lane and shoulder closures as needed:
- During the day, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- In the evening, Sunday night through Thursday morning, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Construction noise, debris and delays.
- A hard barrier on Bethel Road east of OR 99W.
- Bethel Road east of OR 99W to close with a
signed detour for about three weeks.
When the detour starts, you can expect:
- OR 99W to remain open in both directions.
- Bethel Road east of OR 99W to close for about three weeks.
- A signed detour route to help traffic get around the closure: OR 99W ↔ OR 153 ↔ OR 221 ↔ Lincoln-Zena Road.
