This project will identify improvements to the local street network in Shady Cove, improving safety and connectivity for road users. Revisions to the City's zoning code will be recommended to ensure the construction of appropriate street connections when development or redevelopment takes place.

Since the adoption of the current LSNP in 2007, the City has seen continued development within city limits that has demonstrated additional active transportation needs for residents, as well as a need for a strategic vision for future transportation and land use development.
