About
- Upgrade the Abernethy Bridge to withstand a major earthquake and serve as a designated emergency lifeline route.
- Built a new roundabout connecting OR 43 with northbound I-205. This work was completed in August 2023. The roundabout is improving average rush-hour speeds on northbound I-205, reducing localized congestion and expected to reduce certain crashes by up to 48%.
- Realign the OR 99E on- and off-ramps to improve traffic flow and safety.
- Build new ADA curb ramps, multi-use paths, sidewalks, and safer crossings on and adjacent to OR 43 in West Linn and OR 99E in Oregon City to make it easier and safer to walk, bike, or roll.
- Build a sound wall near the southbound lanes of I-205 at Exit 9, as determined by a vote among eligible residents and property owners. The sound wall will reduce highway noise for project neighbors.
