The Oregon Public Defense Commission is seeking a dedicated and client-focused attorney to serve as an Early Resolution Docket (ERD) attorney. This position provides critical legal representation to indigent clients, focusing on early resolution opportunities, client advocacy, and achieving favorable outcomes at the earliest appropriate stage of a case. Attorneys with strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills who are passionate about public defense are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to attorneys who have achieved CA2 certification under OPDC’s Attorney Qualification Standards.
