We are aware of an issue downloading Excel documents from the OPDC website while using the Edge browser. Our staff is working on a solution to this problem. The current workaround is to use the Chrome browser to download these files or to right-click and "Save link as", then open the file once its on your PC.
We appreciate your patience with us while we get this sorted out.
