Nonprofit Fundraising Agreements

The Oregon Parks and Recreation Commission has the authority via Senate Bill 196 to enter into special fundraising agreements with qualified nonprofits who can then, in turn, solicit gifts, grants, and donations to improve Oregon's state park system. The law permits the department to provide promotional items such as park passes, brochures, merchandise, promotional space on our website, office or meeting space for events and activities intended to raise funds for the benefit of the department.
