Refund policy
Refunds are available for the exact amount of the original purchase and must go back to the same credit card used for payment. Cash refunds are not allowed. The agency follows Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards for all credit card chargebacks.
Fulfillment policy
Thank you for your payment. Once your transaction is verified, your credit card will be charged. Services will be provided in accordance with ORS 672.505 to 672.705 and OAR Chapter 809. For registration renewals, services are usually completed within 10 business days of receiving both your payment and a complete renewal application.
