Military portability and criminal conviction petitions
In September 2025, the Board finished updating rules about military portability and how to request reviews of criminal convictions for future registration. These updates will take effect on September 30, 2025. For more details, including the official rule filing and responses to public comments, please see the referenced documents.
Biennial budget and fees
In June 2025, the Board finalized rule changes related to the Biennial Budget (809-010-0025) and Fees (809-010-0001). Details about these updates, as well as the adopted budget and fees, are available on the "About the Board" page of the website. These changes began on July 1, 2025.
