5-Year Strategic Roadmap

Oregon State Police (OSP) is pleased to offer our Five-Year Strategic Roadmap for 2024-2029. We are committed to upholding our values and remain focused on ensuring community safety and well-being, guided by a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Our 2024-2029 comprehensive strategic plan builds upon our previous successes and addresses our evolving community needs. The 2021-2026 plan emphasized Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Employee Services, Collaboration, Stewardship and Transparency, and Service Delivery Improvement.
Our new 2024-2029 plan centers on four main goals:
- Enhancing Public Safety
- Strengthening Community Relations
- Improving Organizational Efficiency
- Developing Personnel.
