2022 Oregon Fire Code (Draft)

Draft Code Changes to the 2022 Oregon Fire Code 

The below links are Oregon's new code amendments to the 2022 Oregon Fire Code which is based upon the 2021 edition of the International Fire Code as published by the International Code Council (ICC). These documents reflect fire code recommendations made by the Oregon Fire Code Committee which were ratified by the Oregon Fire Code Advisory Board and approved by the State Fire Marshal.

The Office of State Fire Marshal is working with ICC to finalize the 2022 Oregon Fire Code. Additional changes consisting of editorial, sentence structure, layout, grammar and punctuation may occur to the proposed approved document. Once completed, the final document will be available prior to printing. The 2022 Oregon Fire Code has an effective date of October 1, 2022. 

This material contains 2021 International Fire Code which is copyrighted work owned by the International Code Council, Inc with Oregon amendments.  The files are in read only format and are not available for printing.

Copies of the code will be available for purchase through the ICC store after October 1, 2022.
