Mitigation Program Evaluation

The Oregon Water Resources Department is required to provide annual evaluations of the Deschutes Groundwater Mitigation Program.  The Department is also required to provide evaluations of the mitigation program every five years.  The primary goal of these evaluations is to identify how streamflows are responding with additional groundwater use and implementation of the mitigation program.
