Division 250, 260, 300 and 340 Rulemaking

The Department is scoping a rulemaking to amend OAR Chapter 690, Divisions 250, 260, 300, and 340. We invite you to join us at open houses to share your thoughts on how we should address topics such as water use waste, bulges in the system, and violations and penalties. We will also explain required rule changes from recent legislation, including exempt use and water hauling.
