IT Price Agreements

Overview

Over the past several years, the Department of Administrative Services (Procurement Services, Enterprise Information Strategy and Policy Division, State Data Center), Department of Justice, and various state agencies have partnered to put multiple Statewide IT Contracts and Price Agreements in place.  Most of these agreements can be accessed by state agencies and local government entities (Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program members). 
 
  
Statewide IT Price Agreements - How to use them 
State Agencies and ORCPP members have access to price agreements for IT hardware, software, and services.  This PowerPoint presentation will provide information on agreements for: IT Hardware, IT Hardware Computer Support, Peripherals, Software, Training, Services (Managed Service Provider); and includes other helpful information.

IT Quality Assurance
IT Quality Assurance Services may be procured through price agreements with eleven (11) contractors with whom authorized purchasers may execute Work Order Contracts to acquire diverse Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) and related professional services for review oversight and risk management ("QA Services").  Selection is based on an intelligent rotation process.  Details are located at:

IT Managed Service Provider
 
 
Managed Service Provider for Information Technology Professional Services (IT MSP)
 
The IT MSP is a statewide agreement (#0483) that State Agencies and Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) participants can use to obtain Hourly or Project based IT Professional Services (ITPS).
 
The MSP (Covendis Technologies) provides managed services that include, but are not limited to, recruitment, screening and management of experienced IT Subcontractors that will provide ITPS as needed by State Agencies and ORCPP members in two key categories.
 
1. Hourly Based ITPS: For temporary services for a fixed amount of time at a predefined hourly rate.
2. Project Based ITPS: Performance based with specific statements of work calling for completion of defined tasks and deliverables with a fixed price per deliverable and delivery schedule.
 
ITPS Opportunities: The MSP has established a method for Subcontractor notification and competition for Hourly Based and Project Based opportunities using its online Vendor Management System (VMS) used for this statewide Agreement to Agree (ATA #0483).

Computer Maintenance

This price agreement offers maintenance services for desktop computer equipment (PCs, monitors, laptops, printers, multi-function devices).
 
There are three services models available:  
  • Contracted Maintenance Service
  • Time and Materials Maintenance Service
  • Preventative Maintenance Service

Peripherals are any product that can be attached to, added within, or networked with personal computers or servers, including but not limited to storage, printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, projectors, uninterruptible power supplies, and accessories.

iLinc Web Conferencing # 9782
Overview
The Oregon State Procurement Office has entered into a Statewide Price Agreement (“PA”) with iLinc Communications, Inc., under which State and local government organizations ("Authorized Purchasers" or “AP”) can purchase Web Conferencing Software and Services.  iLinc is a well-documented leader in offering enterprise-class Web, video and audio conferencing software via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) rental model, or a traditional software purchase model with the option of hosting by iLinc or an on-premise installation. 
 
The company’s products possess all the general attributes expected in this market space, as well as certain very desirable proprietary features such as the patented “Green Meter.”  The Green Meter is an automatic calculator inside the iLinc Web conferencing software that tracks CO2, cost, and travel reductions accrued by meeting online rather than traveling.
