Azumano Travel, a full service travel company, has been the state's travel management contractor since 2009. Benefits of Oregon's managed travel program and use of the travel management contractor include but are not limited to

*Azumano is the only travel company with authorization to issue tickets from the state's airline price agreements for City Pair Fares (Alaska and JetBlue) and Discount Fares (Southwest and United).
State agencies under DAS Procurement Authority must use Azumano for the reservation and purchase of airline tickets for their travelers. Agencies can use Azumano for lodging reservations and vehicle rentals or go directly to those providers to obtain services.
Azumano Travel, provides traditional phone reservations and online booking services. Fees are only charged when airfare reservations are ticketed. Booking fees are $28.50 for traditional agent assisted reservations and ticketing; $8.00 for online booking tool. Other fees may apply such as $28.50 for ticket exchanges; $12.00 for booking refunds; $10.00 for booking voids.
TIP ~ if a traveler books airfare, lodging and vehicle rental at the same time there is only one online or agent assisted booking fee.
