Remember to enroll by Oct 31

About 20% of PEBB members have already enrolled for 2014 benefits during this extended Open Enrollment. They know that if they don't enroll during by Oct. 31, they automatically default to higher benefit costs next year. Most of them have also elected to participate in the 2014 Health Engagement Model (HEM). When you select HEM during enrollment, and you and your spouse or partner both complete your health assessment by Oct. 31, you get a cash health incentive in your monthly pay next year. So what's on your calendar?

Get a subsidy for using your fitness facility

All systems are "go" for employees and spouses/partners in PEBB health plans to register for the ExerciseRewards program. Individuals earn $15 for every month they use a fitness facility at least 12 times a month. Some facilities in the ExerciseRewards network automatically submit your session log. If yours isn't one of them, you'll need to submit a member facility verification form annually and a reward submission form log to receive the reward, which is paid out quarterly. The forms are available on the site when you register at exerciserewards.com.
