PREVENT DIABETES is an online yearlong health program that is all about you and meeting your needs, all at no cost to you.
Your lifestyle coach is with you throughout the 16 weekly, followed by eight monthly lessons, helping you make healthy eating choices. All without giving up the foods you like, become more physically active, lose weight and keep it off, build confidence and manage stress. No weekly mandatory group meetings and it's accessible 24/7 from your PC, cell phone or mobile app.

Lifestyle training that teaches participants how to incorporating physical activity into daily life and eating healthy. Work with a trained health coach to make changes and become more physically active, reduce stress, lose weight and live a healthier life.

YMCA Diabetes prevention program
The goal of the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program is to improve overall health and to help those with prediabetes understand the risks and options to learn new behaviors that last a lifetime.
Programs like the YMCA's Diabetes Prevention Program have been shown to reduce the number of new cases of type 2 diabetes by 58 percent in adults and as much as 71 percent in those over the age of 60.
