Overview

In the summer and fall of 2008, ODOT staff conducted a series of presentations to the Oregon Transportation Commission that explained and illustrated the agency's project delivery process.

These presentations shaped and guided ODOT's revision of its Project Delivery Guide, a living, Web-based document that describes the lifecyle of how our projects are selected, developed, delivered and maintained.

Training
Online training modules allow staff to take courses as best fits their schedules and minimize travel.  The courses are offered through ODOT HR's Learning Management System and tracked on participants' training records.
  • Level 100 - overview training for the project delivery lifecycle
    • Four modules cover the four lifecycle phases, 1 hour total training time
  • Level 200 - in development
