Attendance is limited to 40 pre-registered* students with preference given to those who have attained their Roads Scholar Level 1 certification. To pre-register for RS-11, please contact Linda Perkins by phone at 503-986-2855 or send an e-mail. Please include your full name, agency, and phone and email contact information.

Register for APWA Spring School 

* Note: You will need to pre-register with the T2 Center to attend the Roads Scholar Level 2 class, and you must still register with the APWA to attend the school.
