Final JTMD Task Force Meeting

The Japanese Tsunami Marine Debris (JTMD) Task Force held its final meeting in Salem on Oct. 29.  The JTMD Task Force began on June 25, 2012 and was formed as a way to coordinate efforts to respond to debris washing up on the Oregon Coast from the Japanese tsunami in 2011.  The JTMD Task Force is made up of state and federal agencies along with non-governmental organizations like SOLVE and Surfrider.  Here are links to the presentations from the Oct. 2014 meeting:
