(Now closed) Equity and Inclusion (E&I) Coaches 

In an effort to provide technical assistance (TA) to Oregon Health Authority (OHA) staff, Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), community-based organizations, health care providers and health planning and policy leaders throughout Oregon, OEI established contracts with six (6) E&I Coaches, representing the following organizations: Asian Health & Service Center, Figure 8 Consulting, Interface Network Inc., John Lenssen and Associates, LLC, Lutheran Community Services, and the Oregon Public Health Institute. Individual biographies for each E&I coach can be found here

The goal of TA has t​ to build the capacity of health professionals and healthcare delivery systems to increase equitable access to healthcare, and to reduce health disparities and improve health outcomes for underserved populations and communities of color.TA can be delivered through consultation, training and presentations.​
