Monitoring Federal Changes and Impacts on Oregon
Every change in the federal administration carries potential impact on Oregon and, like other natural resources agencies across the country, DLCD is monitoring these changes closely.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has ended the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant program. This will reduce the funding DLCD uses to prepare natural hazard mitigation plans for tribes, counties, cities, and schools.
