Public Records Requests

In accordance with Oregon's Public Records Law (ORS 192 and ORS 357), DLCD will respond to all official requests for public records as timely as possible. To request DLCD public records, complete a DLCD Public Records Request form and email the form to DLCD following the instructions on the form. You may also submit an online public records request via the form below. **Please see note below on the COVID-19 impact to public records request completion.

Fees associated with fulfilling your request are available below. This covers the staff time and resources used for intake, processing, and disclosure and/or determinations related to fees and charges. If the fees is expected to be larger than $25, you will receive an estimate from DLCD prior to fulfillment of your request. Advance payment or deposit may be necessary. If your request is deemed to be in the public interest, the fee may be waived by making that request.

Request Public Records from DLCD

Use the form below to submit an online public records request to DLCD. A representative will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

COVID-19 NOTICE:  Due to resource constraints and competing priorities associated with DLCD's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, DLCD anticipates it will take longer than normal to process many public records requests for the foreseeable future. This will be the case for any requests that cannot be completed by teleworking employees. DLCD will strive to meet the statutory deadlines for either completing our response or to providing you with an estimated completion date within 15 business days of your request. However, depending upon the nature of your request, for the reasons describe above, it may be impracticable for DLCD to comply with those deadlines. In such cases, we will nevertheless complete our response as soon as practicable and without unreasonable delay upon the availability of staff to do so, and their return to work in our offices, in compliance with ORS 192.329(6) and (8).
