The Oregon Legislature designated specific transportation projects in the Keep Oregon Moving law (HB 2017). These projects include:
Cost to complete studies (Section 27c)
Cost to upgrade and transfer study (Section 27e)
Interstate 5 Rose Quarter project [Section 71a(2)(a)]
Named projects [Section 71d(2)]
