Billboards & Signs

Static billboards (outdoor advertising signs) are the most common type of outdoor advertising in Oregon. However, digital billboards are becoming more common as they replace traditional poster and canvas-style billboards.

A digital billboard is an outdoor advertising sign that can change its message electronically or by remote control. Digital billboards must display each message for at least eight seconds. The transition between messages must take two seconds or less.
