Verbal testimony

To sign up in advance to provide verbal testimony at a board meeting, please email Melissa.G.Stiles@dcbs.oregon.gov. Instructions for providing testimony will be sent to you. The length of your testimony is at the discretion of the board and is usually limited to a few minutes.

Written testimony

Please email written testimony to Melissa.G.Stiles@dcbs.oregon.gov at least 24 hours before the meeting. Include your name, organization, and the related agenda item.
