2025 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC)
Chapter 13 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC)

The OEESC applies to buildings designed and constructed under the Building Code, including appliances, equipment and services regulated by the Building Code that feed directly to, or from the building.

  • Effective: Jan. 1, 2025 with 6 month phase-in period
  • Mandatory: July 1, 2025
  • Based on ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2022
