Fulfillment Policy
Payments received online will be charged at the time the transaction is verified. Payments received by mail or fax will be charged within 10 business days. If submitting an application or renewal, the license will be activated when it has been fully evaluated and it is determined that all requirements have been met.
Refund Policy
The agency shall refund a fee or civil penalty paid to it in excess of the amount legally due if the agency, within three years of the date of payment, determines that it received excessive payment. After three years, the agency may refund a fee or civil penalty paid to it in excess of the amount legally due, if requested to do so by the person who made the excessive payment. If the agency receives payment of any fees or penalty by check and the check is returned to the agency as an NSF check, the payer of the fees will be assessed an NSF charge of $25 in addition to the required payment of the fees or penalty.
Refunds may not exceed the original amount of the transaction. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment; cash payments will be refunded by check. The agency will comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards related to chargebacks.
