Jail-Based Medications for Opioid Use Disorder Grant Program


Pursuant to House Bill 4002 (2024), Section 82 (1), the purpose of the Jail-based Medications for Opioid Use Disorder Grant Program (JMOUD) is to provide opioid use disorder treatment and transition planning services to persons in custody in local correctional facilities and tribal correctional facilities.
