Faith-Based Services and Support

The Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) provides adults in custody the opportunity to explore and practice their faith or spirituality, either individually or in group settings. The Religious Services unit works to create an open and welcoming environment, build partnerships with community faith-based organizations, and offer accessible programs both inside and outside of facilities.

These services rely heavily on volunteers and may vary by institution.

For more information on faith-based services offered at a specific facility, please contact the facility chaplain .
